Stokes, LLC, is qualified and experienced in the fields of forensic accident reconstruction, product liability, premises liability, fire investigation and analysis, railroad accident investigation and reconstruction, computer technology including forensic computer investigation and analysis. All work is performed by or under the supervision of Alan D. Stokes.
A. D. Stokes, LLC has been in business since 1986, and serves as support for professional opinions that can be crucial to the effective resolution of insurance claims and civil and criminal litigation issues.
The expert forensic consulting and analysis conducted by A. D. Stokes, LLC began in Gainesville, Florida in 1954 with Frank Flanagan a graduate of the University of Florida's engineering program. Frank was one of the first experts in the field of accident reconstruction to be qualified in a court of law. Many of the precedence's set in this field were set by Frank's expert testimony. Then in 1978 Frank was joined by Bruce Wiggins, another graduate of the University of Florida Engineering program. Together they established the tradition of excellence upon which so many attorneys and insurance professionals have come to rely. Alan Stokes is also a graduate of the University of Florida's Engineering program. Alan is the third generation in that line of Forensic consultants and is proud to carry on their standards and practices. |
