Description
|
The past decade has seen a dramatic increase in the use of DNA evidence in both criminal and civil cases. Although DNA profiling is a powerful methodology, the interpretation of the results can be very complex. As a forensic DNA expert, I go beyond the crime laboratory report to look at the details of the analysis, the assumptions and interpretation. A typical case review would include an examination of:
Chain of custody records Analyst notes Analyst communications Serology Genescan and Genotyper files (electronic) Statistical analysis Adherence to laboratory protocols
In addition to forensic DNA case reviews, I am also available to provide:
Testimony Paternity reviews Forensic DNA profiling Paternity DNA testing Stain identification |
