Aquatech Consultancy, Inc. (ACI) was formed in 1997 through a merger of Assured Corrective Construction and Waterproofing Services. The principals, Manfred (Fred) Honeck, PE and Harvey Abernathey, bring together an industry background of over 5 decades of recognized expertise in waterproofing, construction and surface protection.

As a multi-service construction consulting firm, ACI makes use of both in-house and independent testing facilities. An extensive resource library and roster of specialty consultants enable us to develop comprehensive and conclusive documentation and technical reports.
ACI's staff continues to serve as advisors to special industry committees and as authors of specifications and trade literature. As regular participants and contributors to construction-related seminars and conferences, ACI's members receive and present cutting-edge updates in construction technology, products and application methods. The principals also perform peer review of construction documents, quality control of on-going projects and are active in trade events. |
