Project 1
Investigative support to defense attorney William Rork in a murder case involving a 20 year old murder. Location of law enforcement witnesses who had since retired. Interviewing witnesses, locating 20 year old records, reviewing over 8000 pages of documents and reports, obtaining record and photographic evidence to support an alibi defense resulting in an acquittal. |
Project 2
Full investigative support activities to criminal defense attorneys on cases in the US District Courts to include, narcotics, bank fraud, and witness tampering. Attorneys supported were William Rork and Dan Monnat. |
Project 3
Investigative support to the Kansas Death Penalty Defense Unit and the Kansas Conflicts Office on cases throughout Kansas. |
