Charles M. Lynch (Chuck) is a veteran polygraph examiner and retired criminal investigator in North Carolina. He is licensed, bonded and insured. Mr. Lynch has 34 years experience in the criminal justice profession with strong emphasis on polygraph and criminal investigations. He received his training from the prestigious Lincoln Zonn Institute Of Polygraph in Atlanta, Georgia graduating in 1975. During it's operation until the mid 1980's, Zonn had a prestigious list of faculty members representing the United States Military and Intelligence community. Mr. Lynch has continued to update his training with extensive studies at the FBI National Academy, Quantico, Va. and the Department Of Defense Polygraph Institute (DoDPi) formally located at Fort McClellan, Alabama (now Ft. Jackson, SC).
Mr. Lynch holds the highest polygraph qualifications by written examination and training hours available to an examiner in the United States. His experience is well established with over 4,000 polygraph examinations administered. Mr. Lynch is certified in National Sex Offender Testing. Mr. Lynch has held past membership since 1975 in the APA. Mr. Lynch has been a past Vice-President of the North Carolina Polygraph Association and the Virginia Polygraph Association.
Mr. Lynch is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force serving during the Vietnam conflict. Mr. Lynch will always provide polygraph examination services to active duty military personnel and their families.
Mr. Lynch also works with Ms. Carol Weaver and Mr. Lonnie Maines, Associate Polygraph Examiners.
