John T. Bell, P.E. has over 20 years of engineering experience and specializes in failure analysis, construction/building defects, vehicular collision analysis/reconstruction and fire and explosion investigation and analysis. He has testified as an expert witness in State and Federal court. Mr. Bell spent 12 years in traditional civil/environmental engineering, designing and overseeing the construction of water and wastewater facilities. |
