He has qualified in Superior Court to testify on Traffic Engineering, Roadway and Roadside Design and Construction, Off Road Safety, Accident Reconstruction, Human Factors, Roadway/Roadside Design Construction and Maintenance, Wet Weather Accidents, Low Light and / Photo / Video / Computer Animations.
