Description
|
Jury Dynamics president Barbara Rich Bushell founded the company in 1992. To date, she has consulted on more than 175 cases involving landmark intellectual property, product liability, toxic tort, labor, insurance, contract, anti-trust, and criminal matters.
Her work as a highly skilled intermediary between attorneys, witnesses, and jurors has earned her the reputation of an accurate portrayer of case risks and an effective developer of trial strategies, including jury selection. Her methodology includes meticulous, in-depth analysis of mock trials, focus groups, telephone (opinion) surveys, and post-trial interviews.
Prior to founding Jury Dynamics, Ms. Bushell was a trial consultant for Litigation Sciences, Inc., where she developed and presented patent case training modules to in-house researchers and consultants. She has published articles and given numerous presentations (CLE programs) to Bar Associations, the American Inns of Court, MILE (Minnesota Institute of Legal Education), SEEK, Fordham Law- School, and law firms on trial consulting and complex litigation. She has been interviewed by the New Jersey Law Journal, Star-Ledger, Bergen Record, Denver Post, The New York Times, Court TV, MSNBC, Fox News Channel, CNBC, and ABC News Radio on a variety of issues including the trials of Erik Menendez, Timothy McVeigh, Nathaniel Brazill, and Winona Ryder, Martha Stewart, the Connie Chung/Gary Condit interview, and the effects of September 11th on jurors’ decision making. |
