Help organizations determine their Information Technology and Information Security needs, specify alternative ways of satisfying them and present these alternatives and a recommended solution to Management. Then help manage the implementation of the resultant projects so that they are completed on time and within budget and perform as planned. Provide expert advice and act as an expert witness in technology-related cases, including providing expert reports, being deposed and testifying in federal and state courts. Also perform analyses, manage projects, plan modernization, conversion and expansion. |
