Description

Susan Broome, Ph.D. consults on criminal cases and in almost all areas of civil law including intellectual property, products liability, securities, contracts, antitrust, medical malpractice and employment. After tenure at Litigation Sciences, Inc., in 1991 she started Trial Consulting Associates. With a background in psychology, research methodology and statistical analysis, Dr. Broome provides insight into how jurors make decisions in a case. Your knowledge of the facts, evidence and case law can be significantly enhanced by the psychological perspective that she brings to trial strategy and the jury selection process.
Dr. Broome has spoken to lawyers at Mealeys Conferences, Inns of Court, and Bar Associations and to law students. She appeared on Arthur Millers In Context for a session devoted to jury selection and is currently writing a book on voir dire. She is a member of the American Society for Trial Consultants. |
